Furthermore, by installing, using, and/or riding a motorcycle fitted with one of our products you accept all liability for any and all potential harm to operators, passengers, pedestrians, and/or personal property from the improper installation and/or use of any and all products manufactured and purchased from Manic technologies LLC DBA Manic rally
Furthermore you understand that this product IS NOT INTENDED for use on public highways and is marketed and sold for the sole purpose of use in a closed course off-highway setting.

Refunds & exchanges:
Our products are built to each orders specific colors / fitment requirements. As such no returns will be accepted for "change of heart" purchases. For any issues or concerns with your orders quality and/ or mistakes on our part please contact us and we will rectify the problem and/or offer a refund at our discretion.
Any returns accepted for reasons other than product defects or mistakes on our part will result in deducting original shipping costs from your refund.

Shipping policy:
We ship out products as soon as possible and can not offer any definitive timelines for delivery unfortunately.
We try our best to package our products as safely as possible but, if you do receive an item damaged in shipping please contact us asap and document the damage and we will help to try and make it right.

For international buyers:
To date we have had no issues with delivery to many locations around the world. Please be aware that you MAY BE RESPONSIBLE for additional importation taxes, fees, and charges. We have no control over these additional fees and furthermore your package may be seized and/or held by customs temporarily or permanently which again is completely out of our control. We will not be liable for additional fees and we CAN NOT change original purchase prices to lessen importation fees.
If one of these scenarios arrives we will do our best to help you receive your order but at some point we may not be able to make any further progress in delivering your order.
We will not be held liable for any lost shipping costs and or product purchase costs if a package is seized, held, and /or destroyed by customs and or a shipping carrier.
